AllegraDirect is an on-line ordering program that allows authorized users to choose from pre-populated pull down menus and pre-approved templates to ensure consistent, quick and accurate printing. Proofs are generated on the fly and approved prior to check out. After accepting bids from ten providers, Balfour Beatty narrowed it down to four possible solutions and invited live proposals. After reviewing functionality and price quotes, AllegraDirect was awarded the contract.

The Result:
